At this time, the Coco Pals Club does not accept returns or exchanges for online orders.

We want you to be happy with your order, though! If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or something else seems wrong, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can take a look and make it right.

When contacting us about an issue, please include your order number and photos of the item and/or packaging when applicable. We may ask for additional information to help us resolve the issue.

Orders in Transit

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it if it has already been processed or shipped. Please double check your shipping information and order details before completing your purchase.
