International Orders

Tracked shipping is required for all international orders. International orders will be shipped using a service that includes tracking.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other delays outside of our control. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your order is returned to us because of an invalid or undeliverable address, we’ll reach out to you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order to a corrected address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make corrections before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
